Hall Rental Rates and Calendar


 

 

Thank you so much for your inquiry about our rental space.

Please note that effective October 5, 2021, all rentals moving forward will need to follow the public health guidelines as they are on the day of their booking/event

You will need to fill out the Facility Use Agreement Form here at the club and pay a deposit in order to secure the space.  Your rental is not reserved until you deposit is paid and agreement is signed.

HALL RENTAL RATES

KIDS BIRTHDAY PARTY (less than 50 Guests): $60/HOUR (+GST)

Rental includes use of the gym and all available sporting goods, kitchen, and set-up. Maximum 50 people.

Non-refundable deposit of $63.00 due at time of booking.

SHOWERS/BANQUETS/PARTIES: $65/HOUR (+GST)

Rental includes use of kitchen and set-up. Liquor license needed if serving alcohol. Hall maximum 180 people (175 seated). Common Area maximum 70 people for an additional fee. 

Balance owing is due at the start of the event.

Non-refundable deposit of $68.25 due at time of booking (cash or cheque only).

For events with more than 100 guests a $75 surcharge will apply.

For events starting before 9:00 am or ending after 9:00 pm a $75 surcharge will apply.

SOCIAL: $1100 (+GST)

Rental includes: 2 bartenders and room set-up. Room rental starts at 6:00 pm on the day of event until 2:00 am. Maximum 250 people. Liquor license required. (Socials up to 180 people will be held in the gym, those with 181-250 people with get the gym and use of the common area for an additional $160.00 plus GST to be determined the week of the social) 

Damage deposit $300 and Balance Owing is due at the start of the event.

Non-refundable deposit of $250 due at time of booking (cash or cheque only).

*We do NOT supply pop, ice, cups, Clamato, Orange Juice, Coffee/Supplies or Table Cloths.

*We will NOT extend social/wedding hours past 2:00 am (Alcohol serves ends at 1:00 am).

WEDDING RECEPTION: $1200 (+GST)

Social Conditions Apply. Rental includes extended hours for bar/meal service starting at 5:00 pm. Allowed entry is 4:00 pm on the day of the rental.  Maximum 175 people. Common Area maximum 100 people for an additional fee.  Wedding + Reception: Allowed entry is noon on the day of the rental: $1300 (+GST)

Damage deposit $300 and Balance owing is due at the start of the event.

Non-refundable deposit of $250 due at time of booking (cash or cheque only).

Other Rentals: (+GST)

Common Area: $40/hour

Meeting Room: $25/hour

Fitness Room: $20/hour

Inflatable Bouncer: $75 Flat rate (3 hours)
